Order Delivery Timelines
- Same-Day Delivery: Order before 12 PM (Monday-Saturday) for same-day delivery between 6 PM – 10 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Order before 4 PM (Monday-Saturday) for next-day delivery between 6 PM – 10 PM.
- Post 4 PM Orders: Orders placed after 4 PM are not eligible for next-day delivery.
Mandatory Information for Shipments
For shipments to all GCC countries (regardless of order value) and high-value orders, please provide:

- Customer’s ID Expiry Date

Important Note for International Customers

- 2-4/5 Days (ALL AROUND THE WORLD): 125 AED for metro, and for remote.
Customer Cooperation
- Ensure accurate and complete address information to avoid delivery delays.
- Billing address is where credit card bills are sent; shipping address is where orders are delivered. Changes to shipping address cannot be made post-order.
Exchange and refund
14-Day Return & Exchange Period:
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items, promoting mindful purchasing.
- – Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels intact.
- – Packaging: Please preserve the original packaging. Reusing the box helps reduce our environmental impact.
Return Scenarios:
- Undelivered Shipments: We will attempt delivery three times over seven days. If unsuccessful, your order will be canceled at no charge.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: A reverse pickup fee of 15 AED applies within city limits and 30 AED for remote areas.
- Refund/Exchange Process: Refunds will be initiated upon receiving the returned product, taking up to seven days to reflect in your account.
For GCC and other countries outside the UAE, the return and refund policy differs from the UAE policy:
Return Period: 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items, promoting mindful purchasing.
- Return Charges: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The amount varies depending on the destination country.
- Refund Timeframe: Once the returned item is received and inspected, DEZHART will process the refund.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the product cost only, excluding the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees paid by the customer.
