We are thrilled to offer free shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This means you can enjoy having your favourite DEZHART products delivered without any additional shipping charges. It’s our way of expressing gratitude for choosing SITL Enterprise LLC and DEZHART.

Acknowledging Unforeseen Circumstances: We wish to express our sincere regret that we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery resulting from unforeseen events or incorrect delivery addresses provided by our valued customers. Your understanding of these circumstances is greatly appreciated. We strive to provide the best service possible. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

In compliance with new customs implementations, please note that some information has become mandatory for all shipments destined for Qatar and Oman, regardless of the order value. The same applies to high-value orders to be shipped to KSA. 

Moving forward, kindly ensure that all orders matching the above conditions have the details provided by customers below, as we could not proceed with those shipments otherwise.

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges at DEZHART

Unlock Ultimate Confidence: Experience the luxury of our 30-day return and refund policy, designed with your satisfaction in mind. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, so we offer you the flexibility to request a refund within this extended window. Our commitment to your happiness means that if the product remains unused and all criteria are fulfilled, we’ll gladly process your refund without hesitation. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we only deduct a nominal reverse pickup charge of 15 AED for within-city returns, covering the costs incurred by our delivery partner. The charge for remote areas is slightly higher at 30 AED, ensuring a seamless return process regardless of location.For international returns, we charge 85 AED for GCC countries and 125 AED for other countries. Rest assured, these fees reflect only the actual costs incurred by the company, ensuring transparency and fairness in our process. Our brand is built on trust, and we remain committed to upholding that trust with every transaction.

Product Condition and Packaging Integrity

  • – Ensure items are returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • – Keep all tags and labels intact for a smoother process.
  • Preserve the original packaging. If possible, consider reusing the box to contribute to reducing our collective carbon footprint.

Return Scenarios and Procedures

Shipment Undelivered Due to Customer Unavailability

  • – If our delivery attempts fail, we will make two more attempts over seven days.
  • – If unsuccessful, the order will be automatically cancelled with no charges. We aim to minimise inconvenience for you.

Customer-initiated Returns:Within city limits, a reverse pickup charge of 15 AED applies. For remote areas, the charge is 30 AED. This charge covers the cost we incurred from our delivery partner for the pickup service.

  • – Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and undamaged.
  • – Our courier partner will pick up the product from your location on the scheduled date.

Refund/Exchange Process:-We will initiate the refund or exchange process upon receiving the returned product and ensuring it meets our return criteria. Please allow five/ten days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note:

  • – Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • – We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria
